What is it?

Hair Test Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a laboratory test that reveals the levels of minerals and heavy metals in the hair. The test captures the past 3 months of metabolism and can provide valuable information about stress, hormone status, macro nutrient deficiency (like protein), fatigue status and much more.

How can I get it?

A hair sample can be taken easily at home, you can simply take a sample from your own hair, a small one (it's not noticable) and it is sent off to a lab in Sydney for testing. It generally takes 2 weeks for the results to come in.
